

Julia started working for Dr Low in March 2021 and is our Practice Manager. Before Julia started in her position with us, she worked in Dermatology for several years. Julia is currently studying Practice Management with University of New England Partnerships and holds a Bachelor of Public Relations from the University of Canberra. Julia does most of the behind-the-scenes work running the practice’s day to day operations but happily steps in to help our admin team when needed. Julia enjoys the challenges of running a practice and seeing patients achieve their dream of creating a family. In Julia’s downtime she enjoys spending time with her family.

Annette is our practice sonographer and has over 30 years’ experience in fertility scanning. Annette holds a Diploma in Medical Ultrasound and has worked alongside Dr Low at Genea over the course of her career. Annette enjoys the satisfaction of helping couples on their fertility journey. Annette is an animal lover and is a registered vet nurse which she happily does outside of her sonography work.

Laura has over 10 years nursing experience, both in Fertility and Neonatal Intensive Care having gained a broad experience across roles throughout Australia. Laura is passionate about supporting individuals, women and families on their journey to parenthood. She is passionate about providing holistic centred care that enables all patients and families to feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire fertility process. Laura is warm, engaging and prides herself on her high levels of communication and attention to detail. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Bronwyn started working for Dr Low in January 2020 and is one half of our midwifery team. Bronwyn started her nursing career in 1977 and completed three years of general nursing before moving into midwifery. In 1983 Bronwyn began practicing as a midwife. Her career has taken her as far as the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia before the Golf War bought her back home to Australia for good. At our practice Bronwyn assists Dr Low with in rooms procedures, the early pregnancy clinic and clinical administrative work. Bronwyn enjoys being a support to the patients of our practice. Helping women feel that they are in a safe and comfortable space is important to her. In Bronwyn’s downtime she likes to garden, spend time with her family and enjoys travelling with her husband Barry.

Dr Diana Kirk (BSBiol (Psych) MBBS MSBiol) is our in rooms General Practitioner. Dr Kirk works with us twice a month on a Wednesday. Dr Kirk obtained her degrees in biology, psychology, and developmental toxicology from The George Washington University (USA) and has been involved in research and teaching at the Australian National University. Dr Kirk started her career as a General Practitioner in 2016 and commenced surgical assistant work with Dr Tween Low the following year. Dr Kirk started working collaboratively with Dr Low in March 2022 to assist with her new patient intake. Dr Kirk primarily sees patients who are in the process of embarking on their fertility journey. Dr Kirk will take a detailed medical history, arrange fertility investigations, and follow up with patients. When required Dr Kirk will also refer to Dr Low for her specialist opinion. Dr Kirk enjoys the problem solving that comes along with infertility work and finding solutions to help patients achieve their goal of creating a family. Dr Kirk enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and reading in her downtime.
